Refund or Return Policy
- Opened items are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue.
- Items damaged due to personal reasons (e.g., self-modification, improper storage, or normal wear and tear) are not eligible for returns.
- Items with quality issues arising from unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, incorrect installation, or tampered labels or anti-counterfeiting marks are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items included in a gift, combination sales, gift packages, or sets cannot be partially returned.
- The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss to the goods during the return shipping process, regardless of the reason. Our company will not be responsible for any compensation or refund.
- For all non-quality issues requiring return or exchange, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
- When returning or exchanging goods, please ensure that the original brand packaging box or bag, accessories, labels, instructions, etc. are intact. The delivery note, delivery slip (including invoice or gifts if any) must be returned with the goods. If the returned goods lack the delivery note, delivery slip, or the packaging is damaged/lost, even within the return/exchange period, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
