Local Shipping Fees:
- Orders under HK$120 will be charged a shipping fee of HK$20.
- Orders between HK$120 and HK$350 will be charged a shipping fee of HK$40.
- Orders over HK$350 will have free shipping.
SF Express Cash on Delivery Option:
You can choose SF Express Cash on Delivery. If you would like to have your order delivered to a nearby SF Express branch or locker, please check the following website and provide us with the following information:
- SF Express branch or locker code
- Phone number
- Receiver's name
SF Express Branch and Locker Address
Notes:
- Some items may not be eligible for SF Express delivery due to weight or size restrictions. The system will not offer the SF Express option at checkout. If you enter a SF Express address, we will contact you to provide a home delivery address, and your order will be delayed.
- We cannot fulfill individual customer requests for delivery using other specified methods or other courier companies.
SF Express Locker Self-Pickup Instructions:
- Please note that lockers have size restrictions, and not all items can be delivered to them. If your item is too large after packaging and cannot be delivered to a locker, we will contact you to change the delivery method, and you will need to pay the required shipping fee.
- Once your order arrives at the designated locker, you will receive a text message from SF Express with instructions for pickup. Please go to the locker within the specified time frame and enter the password to retrieve your item.
- You are responsible for any additional fees incurred if you fail to pick up your item from the locker within the specified time.
- Delivery to lockers may take 2-7 days. Due to high demand for lockers in some areas, there may be significant delays. Please be aware of this.
